Description

Membership lasts for two years and runs from the 1st August.

Quarterly Journals are downloaded from the Website members area.

If your membership number is in the ‘Dropdown Box’ list your bi-annual subscription to the Society is due for renewal by the 1st August.

If you want to renew your membership subscription, select your membership number in the list and then click the ‘Add to Basket’ button.

To continue your membership and receive the Society Journal, please renew your membership by 1st August.

If you would like to add or alter your research interests in the current list of Members’ Interests, download this form, print it off and return it to the Membership Secretary.

Additional information

Gift Aid

Members who are U.K. tax-payers are earnestly requested to participate in the Gift Aid scheme by selecting the "I am a UK taxpayer" option from the "Gift Aid" radio button above. This will enable the Society to reclaim tax for each subscription paid in this way, and will thus be of great benefit.

Gift Aid Declaration

I will donate to the Nottinghamshire Family History Society a sum equal to the annual rate of subscription currently in force, either individual or joint. The donation will be in lieu of a subscription payment and will entitle me to all of the benefits of a member of the Society.

I may make further donations to the Society, either specific or general, as I see fit.

I want all my donations as specified above, to be treated as Gift Aid Donations thereby entitling the Nottinghamshire Family History Society to reclaim tax on my donations.

These arrangements are to remain in force until terminated in writing by myself.

DO NOT COMPLETE THIS DECLARATION IF YOU DO NOT PAY AN AMOUNT OF INCOME TAX OR CAPITAL GAINS TAX EQUAL TO THE SUM WE RECLAIM ON YOUR DONATION. PLEASE NOTIFY THE TREASURER IF YOU FALL BELOW THIS LIMIT OR CEASE TO BECOME A TAXPAYER.
